Business Development Coordinator – November 2018 – February 2020
As the business development manager, I listen to prospective clients’ business goals and develop responsive marketing proposals to help them achieve said goals. I also oversee all promotional efforts for the agency, including coordination of internal and external communications across our email, social and website platforms.
- Implemented social media strategies to engage current and prospective clients and employees
- Increased follower growth across social media platforms by 13.6% in 2019, gaining nearly 500 new followers

Volunteer – January – March 2020
I joined GRI’s marketing committee in January 2020 and proved myself as a leader in marketing communications. I was elected to the Board of Directors and named Marketing Chair by June 2020.
- Led website redevelopment project in partnership with local marketing agency
- Developed a content strategy for social media
- Increased organic Facebook followers by 51 in 10 months, with an average engagement rate of 13.75 reactions per post
- Increased organic Instagram followers by 54 in 10 months, with an average engagement of 35.5 likes per post
